I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE CEMENT TILES, WHERE CAN I USE THEM?

You may use cement tiles everywhere where you can use stone flooring: kitchen, landing area, corridor.

BATHROOM ALSO?

Yes, you can put cement tiles to bathrooms as well. Make sure though not using acidic cleaners when mopping up..

BALCONIES, TERRACES?

yes, you may put cement tiles on balconies. You can protect them from above by impregnation, but make sure that they will not get wet from underneath either: so if you want to cover your pavement in the garden, consult an expert before doing so.

CAN I PUT THEM ON THE WALL AS WELL?

Absouletly! You may check out our Works gallery for inspiration, it is a great way decorating your kitchen as backsplash in your bathroom.

CAN I COMBINE IT WITH FLOOR HEATING?

Yes. The tiles are thicker than normal ceramic tiles, so they will get warm a bit later and keep the heat a bit longer. Keep in mind the thickness though.

IT IS SO HARD TO IMAGINE HOW IT WILL LOOK….CAN YOU HELP?

Check out Works gallery for inspiration, and you are most welcome to visit our showroom of course!

WHAT ELSE SHALL I PAY ATTENTION TO WHEN PLANING?

The thickness. Cement tiles are 1,6 cm thick, so lot thicker than normal ceramic tiles. Calculate with 2 cm with adhesive, to be on the safe side.

WHERE AND HOW ARE THEY MADE?

Well, Marrakesh Cement Tiles are coming from- surprise, surprise – Marrakesh, Morocco.  We have our own manufacture 20 km outside Marrakesh, at the foothills of the Atlas mountains, surrounded by olive trees, you may take a tour in our workshop by clicking here.
